Eligibility
• Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
• Employees of Moonlight Diesel Inc., immediate family members (including spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren), and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to win.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins July 30, 2026 and ends August 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.
Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.
How to Enter
Receive one (1) entry by completing the following:
Follow Moonlight Diesel on Facebook or Instagram.
Like the official giveaway post.
Comment on the official giveaway post answering the prompt:
"If you won this Grille Guard System, what truck would you put it on?"
(Optional) Tagging a friend is appreciated but is not required and does not increase your chances of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per social media account.
Moonlight Diesel reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, fake, automated, or bot-generated entries.

One (1) winner will receive:

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
Moonlight Diesel reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable.
Vehicle Compatibility & Installation
The winner is solely responsible for verifying that the prize is compatible with their vehicle before accepting the prize.
Installation is NOT included.
The winner is responsible for:
• Installation labor
• Additional hardware not supplied with the product
• Vehicle modifications (if required)
• Travel expenses
• Any additional costs associated with installation or use of the prize.
Moonlight Diesel makes no guarantee regarding compatibility beyond the manufacturer's published application.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
All decisions made by Moonlight Diesel regarding eligibility and winner selection are final.
Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted using the official Moonlight Diesel Facebook or Instagram account within five (5) business days after the giveaway closes.
The winner must respond within 48 hours.
Failure to respond within 48 hours, inability to verify eligibility, or refusal of the prize may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
Prize Pickup
The prize must be picked up in person at Moonlight Diesel.
Shipping is not available.
The winner is responsible for all transportation costs associated with claiming the prize.
The prize must be claimed within 30 calendar days of notification or it may be forfeited.
Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or reporting obligations associated with accepting the prize.
Fraud & Disqualification
Moonlight Diesel reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
• Violates these rules
• Uses multiple accounts
• Uses automated entry methods
• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the giveaway
• Engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct
Moonlight Diesel may void entries believed to violate the spirit of the promotion.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner grants Moonlight Diesel permission to use their:
• First name
• Last initial
• City and State
• Photographs
• Video
• Social media content voluntarily submitted
for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Moonlight Diesel Inc., its owners, employees, officers, affiliates, suppliers, manufacturers, and partners from any liability, claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising out of participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, possession, installation, or use of the prize.
Moonlight Diesel is not responsible for:
• Lost entries
• Delayed entries
• Technical failures
• Internet outages
• Social media platform interruptions
• Typographical errors
• Any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for administering this promotion and contacting the winner.
Moonlight Diesel does not sell participant information.
Right to Modify or Cancel
Moonlight Diesel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, acts of God, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
Governing Law
This giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Utah.
Facebook & Instagram Release
By entering, participants completely release Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and Go Industries from any liability related to this giveaway.
Participants acknowledge this promotion is administered solely by Moonlight Diesel.
Agreement to Official Rules
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules and all decisions made by Moonlight Diesel regarding the administration of the promotion.
